Position Summary

The Billing Manager is responsible for the oversight of all billing functions for 166 skilled nursing beds, 67 assisted living beds, 32 ALP beds, and 194 independent living units. The Billing Manager is responsible for direct supervision of billing and Resident Bank staff. The Billing Manager is also the point on all accounts receivable collections, cash receipts, and reimbursement issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Two (2) years managerial or supervisory experience including experience in long-term care accounts receivable.

Prior experience as a Billing/Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing setting and facility level billing experience in Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance Claims, and Private Pay is preferred.

Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write, and speak English language
