We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housing Program Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our housing program, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the housing program
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our residents
Respond to inquiries from residents and the general public
Schedule appointments and meetings for residents
Prepare case management notes and other documents as needed
Assist with program outreach
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Coordination and follow-up of resident services
Salary:
$18.00 per hour

Requirements
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a housing or social services setting
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with the homeless coalition and/or homeless services a plus
