We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housing Program Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our housing program, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the housing program

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our residents

  • Respond to inquiries from residents and the general public

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for residents

  • Prepare case management notes and other documents as needed

  • Assist with program outreach

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

  • Coordination and follow-up of resident services

Salary:

$18.00 per hour

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a housing or social services setting

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience working with the homeless coalition and/or homeless services a plus
