Innovation Associates, Inc. Project Coordinator Intern in Binghamton, New York

The Role:

The Project Coordinator Intern will be exposed to thoughtful leadership discussions, problem-solving solutions, and working with internal partners and external partners. This role will be a key contributor to organizing and launching the first Software Upgrade and Implementation program at iA. In addition, helping identify process improvement initiatives and creative solutions.

The iA Intern Program is from Tuesday May 27, 2025 to Friday August 1, 2025.

What you’ll do:

  • Work collaboratively with your manager and teammates to define and execute projects; develop plans, manage expectations, communicate progress effectively to all involved and deliver results on time

  • Assist with developing and maintaining a project/team schedule and calendar

  • Develop project templates in Microsoft Projects and SmartSheets that can be reused and repurposed for similar future projects

  • Work cross-functionally to develop a RACI For the project templates, processes, and procedures

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative, teamwork, and autonomy in work assignments

  • Demonstrate strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally & build enduring partnerships

    Compensation:

    The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, though a candidate's hourly rate shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
