Entry Level Construction Materials Job Opening!

Must have experience in construction, surveying, landscaping or other field work. Willing to work 40+ hours, outside, weekly. All training provided by employer. Must be willing to commit to training/shadowing and working in inclement weather when required.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a CMT Technician/Inspector, engaging in field operations that include sampling, testing, special inspections, and observation using various industry-standard methodologies such as ASTM, DOT, ACI, AWS, and IBC. You will assist our engineering staff in project execution and management, ensuring compliance with construction plans, specifications, and codes. The role also involves conducting analysis of construction materials and requires physical activities such as walking through uneven terrain, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 75 lbs.

Hard Skills

• ASTM, DOT, ACI, AWS, IBC methods and standards proficiency

• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications

• Laboratory analysis of construction materials
