Mold and Mildew Solutions, LLC in downtown Birmingham, is seeking someone to fill our Crawlspace and Basement Maintenance Technician position. Our company installs waterproofing encapsulation systems and plumbed dehumidifiers and sump pumps in crawlspaces and basements. We have developed protocols and systems to provide our clients with healthy crawlspaces and basements all year around. Someone to work in the position will need great customer service relation skills as well as some basic technical laborer skills. You would be crawling around in crawlspace most of the day, so you must not be afraid of being in small or tight spaces. This person has to be a fit a certain body size also to fit in the small spaces underneath our clients house. A valid drivers licience and clean record is a must.
