IGNITE ALABAMA Customer Service Representative in Birmingham, Alabama

This position is part of the On-The-Job Training program offered at the Birmingham Career Center. Candidates are required to meet the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requirements in order to qualify.

In this role the Customer Service Representative is responsibile for managing customer interactions in a professional and timely manner. Responds to inquires, resolves issues and ensures that each situation is routed to the appropriate personnel for management intervention and ultimate resolution. Documentation of client interaction is key.
