Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular data entry tasks, digitizing paper files as needed

• File management including sorting, organizing, storing, and retrieving paper files

• Check data for completeness and accuracy

• Assist with routine office duties as needed (photocopying, scanning, etc.)

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

• Strong organizational and data management skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information
