Reporting to the General Manager, our Hands-On Retail Manager will be involved in all day-to-day operations - overseeing 2 National Food Brands, 2 Convenience stores, a Ghost Kitchen concept and manage the Simply ToGo program. Our Retail manager will work with the Marketing team to promote Campus Dining and will provide leadership for our high-level supervisors who oversee each retail location.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• 3 – 5 years restaurant management experience in National Branded Food concepts (ie: Chick-Fil-A, Einstein Bagels, Starbucks, etc), or background in large restaurant or other food concepts;

• have a work history in Food Retail management demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;

• possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service;

• demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs.

• proven track record for developing, leading, and engaging retail teams.

Are You the One? The successful candidate will:

• motivate, coach, mentor and develop managers and frontline (hourly-paid);

• oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;

• have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management system;

• ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance;

• maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands); and

• maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
