Position: Site Development Project Manager 12-18 Month Contract Remote

Role Overview:

The Site Development Manager will provide leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, guidance, and support for site development activities, including but not limited to:

  • Site acquisition
  • Real estate
  • Zoning
  • Construction design
  • Construction quality standards
  • Site compliance
  • External affairs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality and timely delivery of operational and project-based development activities.
  • Maintain consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, and siting solutions.

Intake Notes:

  • Expenses approved as needed; may require some travel to market offices.
  • Must have telecom experience in site development specific to leasing.
  • Will support Engineering - Site Development - Soft Cost / Area Team.

Skillset Matrix Manager Notes:

Technology Requirements:

  • Must be familiar and skilled in working within database (Magentabuilt, Siterra, or equivalent).

Typical Daily Tasks:

  • Work with Project Managers and other team members to help manage large buildouts.

Preferred Background/Prior Work Experience:

  • Must have telecom experience in site development, preferably recent.
  • Ability to manage many projects and action items.
  • Liaison with RF, site acquisition, construction, and landlords to identify tasks and resolve issues as needed.

Priority Soft Skills:

  • Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.
