Responsibilities
Manage and provide daily support to the team
Review teammate deliverables
Manage customer expectations and feedback
Manage TSC turnaround time and volumes.
Set and monitor teammate and specific team goals
Drive project or improvement initiatives
Manage overall Team India relationship and expectations
Drive TSC process improvement updates and quality checks
Kick off and monitor month end close activities
Train and evaluate assigned teammates to enhance their performances, development and work product-including performance reviews and goal setting.
Provide assistances to Accounts Payable Leadership with ad hoc requests.
Assist with other special projects as assigned.
Prepares performance reviews for direct reports
Manages growth and development of direct report, provides leadership and fosters challenging environment that allows teammates to grow personally and professionally.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
5+ years full-cycle AP experience with 2+ years in Lead or Supervisor role preferred
Minimum 2+ years of Customer Service
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable in fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office, primarily in Excel. Demonstrates ability to run and create a spreadsheet, add functions (pivot tables, V-lookups, Absolute value)
Attention to detail, ability to problem solve using logical & critical thinking skills
Ability to be in office/hybrid preferred.
