Are you a highly experienced and knowledgeable construction project manager who excels in  overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, managing trades and  subcontractors, holding team members accountable, securing preferred rates, and running  multiple projects concurrently in the general area of Detroit and surrounding areas? We are in  search of a dedicated and reliable leader to join our team and take charge of our construction  projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all areas of construction, with the  ability to oversee and manage projects of varying scopes and complexities. You must be  comfortable visiting numerous job sites and running multiple projects concurrently. Additionally,  you must not have commitments that would interfere with work, as this role demands full  dedication and availability. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, managing trades and  subcontractors, and holding team members accountable - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines - Secure preferred rates with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective project execution - Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery - Must be a successful, well-run industry leader with experience in reconstruction, mitigation,  contents, and other relevant areas Qualifications: - Extensive experience in construction project management, with a strong knowledge of all aspects  of the construction process - Proven ability to lead and manage construction projects of varying sizes and complexities - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Clean driving abstract, criminal record, and references required - Willingness to sign a 3-month probationary clause to demonstrate commitment and dedication If you are a hardworking, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable construction project manager who  is ready to take on new challenges and lead our team to success in Detroit and surrounding areas,  we want to hear from you!
