ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our People Operations team! This individual  is responsible for crafting effective internal communications that inform, engage, and inspire OneStream's global employee audience. In partnership with stakeholders across the organization, the Internal Communications Specialist will develop content and measure communication effectiveness across multiple channels, including a SharePoint-based intranet, newsletters, and social applications. Reporting to the Communications & Culture Manager, the Internal Communications Specialist will produce timely employee-facing content that meets organizational objectives and drives engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities: Take an active role in the internal editorial process, including narrative and story development, calendar management, and campaigns. Serve as a copywriter for internal communications channels using OneStream's brand voice and tone to ensure employees receive the latest company news, stories, and updates. Organize all-employee virtual meetings, working with stakeholders to collect and organize content and prepare the presentation. Support diverse teams to ensure consistent communication messaging and materials. Work with the larger People Operations team to ensure engagement and employee experiences are consistent with organizational objectives. Partner with creative teams to develop complementary visuals and videos. Define goals and metrics for determining the successful execution of the internal communications strategy. Serve as a bridge to align and coordinate internal communications strategies among other departments. Work with senior leaders in content development, feedback integration, priority setting, and approval of internal communications strategies. Support the facilitation of measurement activities on internal communications channels (e.g., readership rates, feedback, anecdotal takeaways) and analysis of the results. Deliver effective, impactful presentations to large groups to encourage engagement and participation.

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Formal Education and Certification Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent work experience. Knowledge and Experience 3+ years of experience supporting corporate internal communication initiatives. A deep appreciation and talent for effective writing, the ability to tell compelling stories, an appetite for healthy debates over sentence structure, and an eye for typos. A people-first nature and a passion for bringing teams together to collaborate and create initiatives that positively impact people. Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to balance and prioritize workload under deadlines and multiple commitments. Ability to give constructive feedback across levels to reduce communication errors and help people become stronger writers. Integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. Experience working with senior leaders to craft critical company communications. Strong presentation development skills and comfortable delivering presentations in front of groups. High proficiency with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint (with the ability to create compelling visuals).
