The Community Integration Facilitator (CIF) is a coalition builder that bridges relationships between local and state government, community resources, the local population, and newcomers. Position will work closely with stakeholders who provide case management services and make referrals to community resources that support newcomer integration and economic success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a baccalaureate degree in social work, business or public administration or related field.
• Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for three to five years.
• Possession of, or ability to readily obtain, a valid drivers license issued by the State of North Dakota, for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.
