Evening Custodian

(posted 10/7/24, full-time preferred) The evening custodian position will perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in classrooms, hallways, and general-use areas. The ideal candidate has knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions; is detail-oriented and thorough; has the ability to keep the school clean and orderly; and can interact with staff, students, parents, and visitors at school while remaining professional.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check to be completed.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Work Schedule and Environment

The general work schedule for this is Monday - Friday 3:30 - 11:30 pm. There is the expectation that this position will be flexible and able to work around Shiloh events that take place in the evening.

This is a school-year contract (mid-August to end of May).
