Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager at Sonexus, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of high-priority product initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This is a hands-on, tactical role where your ability to solve problems, prioritize effectively, and manage projects will be key to success.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the tactical execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed product roadmaps and timelines, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals.

• Break down high-level product goals into actionable tasks, manage dependencies, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to execute on product plans.

• Act as the day-to-day liaison between teams, resolving blockers, managing trade-offs, and ensuring alignment on priorities.

• Maintain a detailed product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

• Define clear success metrics for each product initiative and ensure teams are aligned around key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Use data and customer feedback to drive product improvements and inform feature prioritization.

• Regularly analyze product performance to identify areas for optimization, reporting findings to stakeholders and making recommendations for action.

• Own the tactical execution of product launches, working with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and readiness.

• Coordinate product feature releases, including testing, documentation, and post-launch monitoring.

• Be hands-on in troubleshooting post-launch issues and iterating quickly based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience strongly preferred

• 8-12 years of Product Management experience preferred

• Experience working in an agile development environment

• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree preferred

Anticipated salary range: $121,600 - $173,700
