Job Summary

Assist the B2B Sales Department with their mission to expand the program and to achieve incremental sales growth through business transactions by leading the quote to invoice processes.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Process B2B Sales orders from quote to invoice

• Partner with B2B Sales Team to ensure optimal fullfillment of all sales orders

• Responsible for managing order volumes and workload planning in partnership with Logistics/fullfillment teams to ensure alignment with distribution and transportation processes.

• Designs and leads sales managers through the quote/pipeline review process

• Analyzes sales and quote trends to provide insights to sales leadership team to inform pricing, fullfillment and selling strategies

• Ensure accuracy of orders; imperative for sales order system to feed correctly into workflow for inventory.

• Manage end to end order fullfillment process for assigned orders

• Coordinates orders with planning and allocation, merchandising and sales teams

  Requirements

• Must be detail oriented, possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• 1-3 years’ experience in sales operations, sales, or sales support is required

• Bachelors degree preferred

• Strong knowledge in sales programs and quote to order processes

• Prior high-level experience with SAP systems is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically while executing tasks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Ability to work cross functionally throughout the entire organization to achieve results.

• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

• Possesses beginning to end working knowledge of subject matter. Analytical thinking skills.

• Self starter with strong drive for results

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $59,000.00.
