JOB LOCATION: 350 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752

DUTIES: Focuses on developing robotic process automation (RPA) scripting with UiPath’s platform of assigned processes. Works with process owners on business process standardization using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, before beginning RPA development. Responsible for thorough testing and complete documentation of all RPA solutions. Evaluates and modifies existing RPA processes for maintenance to maintain performance. Documents, evaluates and updates developer standards around RPA best practices. Process re-engineering and RPA implementation will involve review of enterprise-wide processes to streamline, reduce inefficiency, and improve member service.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or foreign equivalent or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a RPA Developer, Software Developer, or related; 2 years experience with UiPath, full life cycle of RPA solutions; develop, test, deploy automation solutions using RPA tool UiPacth; create and document test procedures for UAT phase; experience may be gained concurrently. OR
