Job Title: Process Improvement Engineer

Job Description

As a Process Improvement Engineer, your main responsibilities will include analyzing process reliability and implementing changes to enhance it. You'll be tasked with writing and modifying batch sheets for assigned processes, for both new and existing products, to ensure process reliability and adherence to established procedures. Your role will also involve improving product capability (CPK) of assigned products, investigating and implementing corrective actions for out-of-control products. You will develop corrective and preventive actions for processing failures in the areas of off-quality, late orders, and complaints. Additionally, generating cost improvement projects within your assigned process areas and reporting progress periodically will be a key part of your role.

Work Environment

You will be working in a manufacturing environment. The company culture is laid-back, with casual attire such as jeans and polos being acceptable. You will be part of a team of 8 members.
