The Customer Solutions Administrator will work cross functionally and be responsible for providing solutions to our representatives and internal customers. The goal of the role is to help provide a better experience for our employees, 3rd party representatives, and end users to quickly come up with a solution for their needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Customer Relations- Confers with appropriate personnel and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

    1. Equipment Orders- Review and enter into ERP System
  • Reviews customer purchase order and project information sheet

  • Informs customer of ship date, anticipated delays and additional information needed.

  • Coordinates order acknowledgement for credit review presentation to Accounting and Manufacturing representatives.

  • Place orders into ERP Systems

  • Ensure the accuracy of Sales representative’s commission and shipping charges.

  • Routes orders to departments for processing to ensure delivery by specific dates. Notifies rep of delivery dates.

    1. Parts Orders- Review and enter into ERP Systems
  • Creates pack-list, shipping labels for parts shipment. Walks out packets to the shipping dept.

  • As required create work orders and give to appropriate depts.

  • Create inventory and work order movement and pack list number for each parts order.

  • Enter tracking numbers and weight into the ERP Systems.

    1. International Parts Orders

    2. Reporting on back orders and daily log

    3. Drop shipment of certain parts to our vendors

    4. Warranty orders- valid warranty on submitted warranty form

    5. Validate warranty returns along with the Quality team.

    6. Maintains all list price in ERP Systems

    7. File sales order files in cabinets

    8. Provides continuous improvement ideas, maintain 5S program, submit quick Kaizens and safety observations monthly.

    9. Special projects to be assigned as necessary.

  • Working knowledge of PC operating systems and application software including MS Office.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 5 years of experience within a heating and domestic water heating Manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Strong attention to details and numbers

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage several priorities

  • Proficient knowledge of MS office

  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and productively for long periods with little to no supervision; energetic work ethic with a can-do/positive approach

  • Able to communicate technical information easily

    Salary Range for this position is: $18.00 to $24 per hour.

  • Office environment with occasional shop floor working environment.

  • Noise level is minimal.

  • Required to wear safety glasses and utilize other safety equipment as required while present on the shop floor.
