Description

We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Dispatching Specialist. The candidate will be primarily involved in dispatching, customer service, processing invoices, reviewing time sheets, data entry, and handling high volume tasks.

This role is an overnight role Wed-Sat 6 pm - 6 am.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch goods or services according to customer requests

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly

• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Review and verify time sheets for accuracy

• Handle high volumes of data, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining high levels of accuracy

• Use Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

• Utilize Data Entry skills to update and maintain records.

Requirements

• Proficiency in customer service and building relationships with clients

• Excellent data entry skills, including attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to negotiate purchasing contracts and terms with suppliers

• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management

• Strong ability to analyze market trends and sales data

• Proficiency in using sales and purchasing software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
