Our client, a leader in the distribution industry is seeking a general maintenance associate to join their team. As a maintenance associate, you will be part of the facilities team supporting the upkeep of warehouse sanitation. The ideal candidate will have reliability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Maintenance Associate

Location: Bloomingdale, Georgia

Pay Range: $18 an hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform general maintenance and sanitation tasks within the warehouse.

• Follow weekly/monthly cleaning schedules and make continuous improvement suggestions.

• Maintain cleaning stations, janitorial areas, and supplies in a 5-S manner.

• Respond to facilities maintenance requests in a timely manner.

• Conduct minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance tasks.

What’s Needed?

• At least 6 months of recent work experience in maintenance or janitorial roles.

• Ability to work in warehouse conditions that are not climate-controlled.

• Mechanical and electrical repair skills.

• Ability to move heavy equipment and furniture manually or with tools.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
