Salary Range Dependent upon qualifications $19.13 - $22.16 On-call scheduled hours pay rate: Weeknights $1.00/hour Weekends $2.50/hour Holidays $2.75/hour While answering a crisis call you are paid base rate/hour In-person response to hospital SANE or reports to law enforcement you are paid $30/hour About Us This mission of Canvas Health is to bring hope, healing, and recovery to people's lives. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position will provide after-hours* sexual assault crisis line coverage and in-person on-call sexual assault advocacy to teens and adults while reporting to law enforcement or during forensic exams in hospital emergency rooms. *After hours are overnights (4pm- 8 am), weekends, and holidays. Choose your own schedule monthly. Minimum Qualifications Must have completed (or be willing to complete) 40 hours of state mandated training through a sexual assault advocacy program Experience in sexual assault advocacy Reliable transportation and ability to respond in-person to Washington County, MN hospitals and law enforcement agencies within hour of call Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a human services field or the equivalent in training and expertise Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations As an essential healthcare provider, Canvas Health follows all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions.
