We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing supply chain accounting and controls, providing accounting guidance to business partners, and supporting financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee supply chain accounting and controls, ensuring compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)

• Provide accounting expertise and business partnership across the organization, with focus areas including inventory, supplier financing, leases, fixed assets, and cost accounting

• Collaborate with functions such as Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance to improve processes and results

• Communicate with senior leadership to drive accuracy of financial results and development of accounting and controls capabilities throughout the organization

• Maintain and oversee all accounting procedures, controls, and processes, developing sustainable solutions for identified control gaps

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, and timely reporting of all monthly financial information

• Participate in the Supply Chain Accounting Control Global Community of Practice

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements in compliance with SEC and US GAAP requirements

• Communicate effectively with internal and external auditors

Requirements • Proven experience in Finance and Accounting managerial roles

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel

• Understanding and experience with Financial Reporting and Financial Statements

• Familiarity with GAAP Accounting principles

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred

• Experience in conducting external audits

• Strong research skills and the ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Experience in manufacturing and engineering industries

• Familiarity with supply chain logistics and sourcing processes

• Ability to handle quarterly financial reporting and other time-sensitive tasks

• Experience in the financial services industry

• Demonstrated skills in Agile methodologies

• Excellent phone presence

• Proficiency in using various software and technologies for finance management.
