The Global Director of Revenue Operations and Customer Experience plays a critical role within our Mobile Solutions OE organization. The focus of this role falls into three key areas: growth process optimization, sales excellence, and customer experience. As a key member of the leadership team, you will optimize commercial business processes, empower sales teams with innovative tools, best practices, training as well as analytics that enables sales efficiency and effectiveness. In this global role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and cross-functional support. You will lead the continuous improvement of the customer experience function to make it easier for our customers to do business with Donaldson. Ideal candidates will be able to work out of our Bloomington, MN location. Role Responsibilities: This position will focus on 3 key areas - Growth Process Optimization, Sales Excellence and Customer Experience. Growth Process Optimization: Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction and retention, and increase operational efficiency across the global MS organization. Lead acquisition, design and use of sales, pipeline, project analytics capabilities to provide insights to measure and drive revenue growth. Create opportunity assessment approach and associated sales processes; implement globally. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, pipeline, and project performance. Sales Excellence: Develop and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy to elevate performance from good to great. Integrate sales competency into the development plan. Launch sustainable systems, tools, and processes to streamline work, enhance data accuracy and improve overall revenue generation capabilities. Foster alignment with cross functional teams in product management, engineering, pricing, marketing, operations, finance, and support groups to enable salesforce to win globally. Build trusting relationships with global sales teams to promote continuous improvements. Leverage strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple assignments in a rapidly changing environment. Lead and mentor a team of revenue operations, strategy, and program management professionals; provide guidance, support, empowerment, and foster innovation. Customer Experience (CX): Drive efforts to ensure seamless integration of CX initiatives across all touchpoints. Enhance CX measurement approaches and report on customer sentiment, NPS and other Customer satisfaction findings. Lead cross-functional workstreams to enhance customer trust. TRAVEL: Up to 20% Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, Finance, or related field. 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales/revenue operations/sales operations/customer experience (CX) 3+ years of experience working with data analytics tools; advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred. Proven leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams. Strong business acumen, relationship management and collaboration skills, customer focus, and drive for results. Ability to deal with ambiguity, comfortable with situations involving risk and uncertainty. Exceptional analytical abilities with a track record turning insights into action and growth. Ability to create data visualizations; Tableau/Power BI dashboard creation skills prefer ed.
