We provide challenging, professional experience with a global corporation, where you learn from and work alongside Donaldson employees. Internships take place at our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN, over a 10-12 week period. As a Product Management Intern at Donaldson Company, you will work to refine our product-to-market strategy, work closely with cross-functional teams to improve profitability on targeted market applications, and drive revenue and market share through cross reference development.You will interact with multiple engineering, marketing, and sales teams, and take ownership of a valuable project that will provide you with real industry experience. Job Responsibilities: Support Product Management initiatives with new processes and/or process improvements regarding new product releases Market research to identify new opportunities for strategic growth and new product launch best marketing practices Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to identify and propose new product applications that will drive profitability and new customer relationships Analyze OE and competitive cross reference database and identify highest value opportunities in the market Develop improved market opportunity process using CRM tool Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Product Management, Engineering, Business, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3.0 out of a 4.0 cumulative GPA Energetic self-starter who seeks innovative solutions and a collaborative environment Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities Combined business and technical knowledge and/or desire for Product Management-focused career path Familiarity and desire to utilize and strengthen data analysis skills Tableau or PowerBI a plus CRM familiarity or experience a plus Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
