The Cigna Group Senior Delivery Manager in Bloomington, Minnesota

As a Sr. Delivery Manager Brian will oversee highly complex Technology initiatives that will deliver a successful business outcome

that is measurable. He will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned initiatives and provides a

single point of contact to the business product owner and other initiative sponsors. His primary reasonability is in the deliver phase; to monitor, track, and

coordinate strategic initiatives at a holistic view and communicates progress. He will support the Regulated Markets portfolio across multiple

initiatives; analyzing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring process, facilitating initiative ‘scrum of scrum’ / Program Epic level meetings.

Job Expectations / Essential Functions:

  • Project planning

  • Maintaining schedule and dependencies

  • Managing issues and risks

  • Facilitating status and escalation meetings

  • Coordinating cross functional delivery and testing

Relevant Experience / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8 – 15 years of project management

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

  • Demonstrated management and analytical skills

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with JIRA, Clarity, Tableau, Microsoft Office Products
