Robert Half Sr. Systems Analyst in Bloomington, Minnesota

Description My client is hiring a Sr. Systems Analyst. This role will encompass the analysis, design, and support of SAP S4HANA business systems across various functional areas to improve business processes. The Sr. Systems Analyst will also manage projects, allocate resources, and develop solutions in alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for business units utilizing applications in areas such as Contracts, Order Management, Distribution, Production, Quality, Inventory, Transportation, Finance, Costing, Purchasing, and Maintenance. • Develop technical documentation, programming specifications, and system/application/user documentation. • Offer ongoing technical support to maintain high service levels in a 24x7 business environment. • Monitor, design, and develop solutions within the SAP S4 system. • Track and respond to data integrity alerts and produce accurate reports and data analysis. • Lead custom development projects in the SAP S4 environment, from gathering requirements to deployment. • Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. • Utilize experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA to enhance system performance and efficiency. • Leverage proficiency in business intelligence and report writing platforms to generate insightful business reports. • Use strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to resolve system-related issues and improve business processes. • Apply knowledge of business applications and batch processing to optimize operational efficiency. Requirements • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Proven experience as a Sr. Systems Analyst in a manufacturing environment

• Demonstrable expertise in SAP, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA

• Proficiency in Report Writing and Business Application

• Knowledge of Batch Processing is essential

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
