Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the hospitality industry, located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. This role requires on-site work for three days a week, with one of those days being either a Monday or a Friday. The primary job functions include account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up vendors in the accounting system.

• Handling the booking of ACH transactions.

• Releasing holds on accounts as required.

• Processing and managing accounts payable and receivable.

• Conducting account reconciliation to ensure accurate records.

• Handling billing processes and inquiries.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Maintaining accurate records and handling invoicing tasks.

• Using accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.

• Resolving customer credit inquiries and monitoring customer credit accounts. Requirements

• Proficiency in account reconciliation, ensuring all financial data aligns and discrepancies are promptly addressed

• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, managing payments, invoices, and financial transactions

• Familiarity with billing procedures, providing accurate and timely invoices to clients

• Excellent data entry skills, ensuring accurate and efficient input of financial information

• Experience in invoice processing, checking, validating, and processing invoices for payment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, using it for financial analysis and reporting

• Knowledge of Oracle financial software, using it to manage and process financial transactions

• Experience with QuickBooks for managing and organizing financial data

• Familiarity with SAP for financial accounting and reporting.
