Join our team in Bluff City as a MIG/TIG Welder and work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM! Position Highlights: - Schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday - Role: Weld parts used in the construction of electrical components and equipment, following engineering drawings with minimal direction. - Materials: Work with aluminum, copper, brass, steel, and stainless steel. Key Responsibilities: - Precision welding and soldering of high-volume standard parts and custom low-volume parts. - Ensure high standards of quality and craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate with the assembly team to meet production schedules and business KPIs. - Participate in quality initiatives for continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Accurately weld or solder parts and components per procedures, drawings, or reference materials.

• Ability to safely operate machine tools such as saws, grinders, torches, and welding equipment (MIG/TIG).

• Support the maintenance and operation of safety and ventilation equipment as needed.

• Following and/or establishing manufacturing best practices and standards as defined within KTL.

• Keep a clean and organized work area. Maintain and improve workstations.

• Support creation or modification of quality work instructions.

• Support production schedule and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
