Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

· Machine parts to specifications, using machine tools and CNC machines and Cam driven Bar Machines.

· Set up, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations.

· Change offsets on CNC Machines.

· Read and understand blueprints.

· Utilize precision instrumentation and gages to verify product quality and integrity.

· Move completed parts per standard work processes.

· Complete appropriate documentation to track production and quality outputs.

· Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.

· All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee.

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of six months of on-site training as a machine operator or 3 years of related work experience as a machinist
