Insight Global Account Executive in Boca Raton, Florida

Job Description

Our client in the IT space is looking for a Public Sector (SLED focused) Account Executive role. This person will be servicing North Florida; SR 60 and North (Melbourne to Tampa and North from there) and will receive parts of a book of business/accounts but will also walk into some pipeline opportunities. This person will attend major investment government conferences 2 times per year. They will be given a book of business with previous accounts but expected to prospect in their territory (Melbourne/Tampa/North Sarasota/Bradenton/Jacksonville area), including helping to provide IT solution/sales ideas, closing the deal, and managing the relationship and service after the sale. Our senior Account Executive should be able to have C-level conversations as these clients are high level and in the tech/public sector divisions. This person will be provided expenses for driving and client affairs (mileage expense and cell phone coverage and get $500 per month for client entertainment, each person has personal marketing budget). This role pays $100k base.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience working successfully in sales experience in technology/software/infrastructure/public sector industry (mix of 5 within 3 diff)

Past experience working for or with Cisco or Dell or a similar company Bachelors Degree null
