Randstad is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant that loves administrative duties in a professional setting. This is a long term, temp to hire opportunity with an hourly rate ranging from $20-$21/hr (based in experience). Our client is looking for someone who is personable, reliable and dedicated to administrative responsibilities. Our client is seeking someone who is looking for a work home and wants to remain a part of their team for a long time. The schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch. Benefits plus holiday pay are offered once you go permanent with the company. Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain a positive relationship with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of lease agreements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lease documents and tenant information.

  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors.

  • Track and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, rent payments, and other financial transactions.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.

  • Schedule and assist with property inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

  • Document inspection results and follow up on required actions.
