Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Medical collections Specialist in the IT Software industry, located in Boca Raton, Florida. This role requires you to work in a hybrid environment, with a blend of in-office and remote work. The employment type for this role is long-term contract.

Responsibilities: • Manage outbound calls for payment status to various offices • Handle billing and collections tasks efficiently • Utilize MAC computers for various operations and tasks • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer credit and collections • Use Excel for various collection operations and may also be trained on NetSuite • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status • Process customer credit applications with high accuracy • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Assist in the onboarding process, which may take up to two weeks. Requirements • Proficiency medical collections. • Experience with insurance collections, with a specific focus on dental insurance. • Familiarity with using NetSuite software. • Proven track record in cash collections. • In-depth knowledge of the commercial collections process. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in work. • A minimum of a high school diploma, a degree in finance or related field is preferred. • Prior experience in the IT software industry is advantageous. • Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
