Aston Carter Change Manager in Boca Raton, Florida

We are Hiring a Change Manager!Job Description

As a Change Manager, your role is to collaborate with stakeholders across different sectors to understand their Organizational Change Management (OCM) needs and potential opportunities. You will develop expertise in the areas you support, comprehending the end-user experience, and strategizing methods to enhance successful employee adoption and value realization for new initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for embedding OCM practices in your assigned areas to achieve desired goals while empowering key stakeholders to implement and deliver change.

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a closely related field

• At least 5-7 years of progressive experience related to organizational change management

• Experience developing strategic OCM plans and tactile execution for large-scale process changes that greatly impact end users and the customer.

• Experience in developing and managing effective OCM strategy, content development across varied tactics and channels.

• Change management experience preferred including ADKAR® or similar people change management certification.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills

• Highly motivated, independent contributor who anticipates business needs while tracking deadlines and plan progress.

• Strong presentation skills with experience conducting large group meetings in-person and virtually.

• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech or other regulated industry (preferred)

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
