Robert half is hiring! We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist within the Boca Raton, Florida area. This opportunity has loads of growth potential for a candidate who multi-tasks effectively and has strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Major responsibilities:

-making outbound collection calls to customers and receiving

inbound calls

-email, customer follow up and correspondence

-keeping track of aged receivables and past due accounts

-reconciling A/R Aging

-posting payments into the G/L accounting system

-credit card reconciliations

-updating Accounting system with progress as well as tracking

progress in Excel.

-building relationships with the Card holders – helping them

find a way to make a payment and keep their card active

Requirements

We are searching for individuals with:

• Strong Customer Service Skills

• Collections Experience

• Strong Customer Service Skills

• A/R Billing Experience is preferred, not required

• Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

• Strong organization skills

• Microsoft Excel experience required

• Account reconciliation experience
