Description

We are in search of a diligent HR Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role centers around providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and assisting with HR programs and initiatives. This position provides a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining accurate and complete employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.

• Assisting with the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as benefits enrollment, performance management, and employee development.

• Supporting HR staff in recruitment efforts, which includes posting job openings and scheduling interviews.

• Conducting new employee orientations and assisting with onboarding processes.

• Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis of HR metrics.

• Providing administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with HRMS platforms

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (vlookups) and Word

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
