The ODP Corporation Implementation Specialist (B2B Customer Onboarding Specialist) - Remote in Boca Raton, Florida

Overview

The Implementation Specialist will review all RFPs with an expected revenue above $250,000 to provide accurate responses to customer questions; highlighting the Company’s abilities and our capability to seamlessly integrate business by providing the solutions that will have the best impact for the customer and their end users.

The Specialist will participate is Customer Sales Meetings to present the Company’s implementation process to new customers and effectively transition new business with no impact to their end users. This person will also ensure all internal resources are aligned and appropriate partnerships are created prior to the award of the business, allowing for up front customer interaction and relationship building. He/she will partner to develop strategic processes for continuous improvement of the Implementation Services team. This will; include new project management processes, innovative project management tools and continued relationship building.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Overall Project Lead and main contact throughout the integration/implementation process of new contracts. Lead all communication with the customer and all internal partners to ensure full understanding and progress of all projects; set expectations and communicate timelines.

• Own project through completion, follow up with responsible task owners and ensure timely completion. Document progress clearly communicate customer expectations and scope of the program. Identify risks and implement resolutions

• Coordinate all training for Sales team as well as for customers.

• Provide regular status updates on implementations to business partners, such as Regional Sales Directors, and DSMs within the market of responsibility.

• Maintain a competitive advantage by partnering closely with internal business partners to quickly resolve escalated issues and enhancement requests from the field sales organization related to account structure, billing, ecommerce, and reporting to external customers on their accounts.

• Continue to streamline and improve the process by which the Company implements its accounts, to remain as competitive as possible, while improving the rate at which revenue is generated.

• Provide continued enhancements to existing business that will ensure soft cost and time saving solutions to our customers

• Work with Sales Management team on existing business to ensure that they understand the scope of the changing customer environment and are able to effectively communicate with these customers and provide additional solutions that will have a positive impact to their business.

Educations and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years’ experience in related field

• Experience in Project Management and Sales Presentations

• Must demonstrate an understanding of the industry, the current trends, and leverage that information to the benefit of the Company and the customer.

• Experience and comfort in the sales process

• Ability to communicate at all levels

• Excellent presentation skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office, SalesForce, Vendavo
