CSL Plasma Manager, Data Analytics and Insights in Boca Raton, Florida

We are currently seeking a Manager, Data Analytics and Insights at CSL Plasma, reporting to the Director, Operational Excellence. The position can be located in the Boca Raton, FL CSL Plasma office, the King of Prussia, PA CSL Behring office or fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects and analyzes current and historical data to identify strategic and operational trends and insights. Identifies threats and opportunities for continuous improvement that will positively impact business results (e.g., Cost per Liter, Process improvements, Quality improvements, site selection, etc.).

  • Participates in cross functional teams using continuous improvement methodologies and tools to solve difficult and complex systemic problems.

  • Ensures projects are rolled out and delivered according to milestones, value targets and other relevant factors.

  • Evaluates reports and data sources and directs the creation of user-friendly OE dashboards to manage and monitor key performance metrics. Collaborates with Operational Excellence colleagues on data analysis. Provides resources and team support on data analysis.

  • Provides data support to ensure accuracy in calculations and realization of financial benefit from improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborates with process teams to elicit and understand requirements, challenges, and develops analytical insights from data to support improvement.

  • Develops and/or coordinates improved policies, methods, procedures, instructions, and forms to achieve greater operations efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.

  • Stays up to date on business process and industry changes, and benchmarks data, to ensure the business is operating a maximum effectiveness. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.

  • Under general direction, plans and implements process improvement activities in support of CSL and industry best practices.

  • Supports, leads and coordinates projects to improve performance, quality, efficiency and/or cost.

  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators.

  • Ensures projects are rolled out and delivered according to milestones, budget and other relevant factors.

  • Coordinates site wide project activities with other sites/functions in global CSL network.

  • Coaches on use of re-engineering techniques to drive improvements.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

  • 5+ years' experience in process management

  • Demonstrated success in project management and continuous improvement processes

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

  • Six sigma certification / training

  • Travel up to 25% of the time required
