Always Best Care Senior Services Caregiver -OVERNIGHT SHIFTS in Boerne, Texas

Looking for an Experienced Caregiver who can work long overnight hours in Boerne, TX and Comfort, TX.   $500 SIGN-ON BONUS Pay and Benefits:  * UP to $15/hour-Pay rate is based on experience. * $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days and $250 at 6 months; must average 20 hours per week) * Tapcheck on-demand pay available for every hire * Flexible hours * Weekly pay (daily pay options available) with direct deposit * Mileage Pay-Mileage applies when driving your vehicle while clocked into the shift. (must have current driver's license and auto insurance) * 1.5x holiday pay * Referral bonus program * Benefits (401K, etc.) * Aflac Benefit Option * Paid time off * Paid training and ongoing training programs (specialized training) * Caribou Bonus Rewards Program * Earn college credits from SNHU during training Job Duties:  * Companionship * Personal Care * Respite Care * Bathing * Dressing * Grooming * Meal Preparation * Light Housekeeping * Transportation * Errands * Shopping Qualifications and Requirements:  * Must be 18 years or older * High School diploma or GED preferred * Must be able to bend, stand and lift 50+ lbs.  * Need reliable transportation and auto insurance * Required to pass background check and random drug screens * Have access to email and a mobile smart device * Good verbal, written and reading skills * Previous experience is preferred but not required * CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus but not required * Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply * A “Fair Chance” job (you or the employer follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks) * A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more * Older job seekers encouraged to apply   COVID-19 Safety Precautions currently in place. From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc. Additional requirements include: * At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting * English proficiency and excellent communication skills * Two references required * Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results * Must be able to pass background check * CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus
