Actalent Manufacturing Quality Engineer in Bohemia, New York

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team in Bohemia, New York.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day Quality Assurance Engineering support across all areas of the company, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, Procurement, and Product Assurance!

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 years of related experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Applied Sciences.

  • Six Sigma Certification (e.g., CSSGB).

  • Knowledge of AS9100, MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, and IPC-A-610.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring Product Assurance Conformance and Compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Providing day-to-day Quality Assurance Engineering support across various departments.

  • Maintaining and improving quality control procedures to meet company and regulatory standards.

  • Resolving quality issues through continuous improvement and collaboration with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.

  • Conducting internal audits and analyzing root causes of non-conforming products.

  • Supporting customer Source Inspections and attending audits and conferences.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $62.50/hr.
