This role will work the 2nd shift, from 3pm-11:30pm, Monday - Friday.

As a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic, you will play an important supporting role in the overall maintenance and groundskeeping tasks of the factory such as in-depth repairs, sanitation, and aesthetics. You will work extensively within all areas of building maintenance including plumbing, building electrical, repairing walls and floors, HVAC, and more.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Establishes and maintains a safe and healthy work environment

• Performs painting, carpentry, concrete and masonry work

• Plumbing maintenance

• Electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures

• General HVAC maintenance

• Electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures

• Seasonal exterior work will apply (i.e., snow removal)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without reasonable accomidation

• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Remove trash from various areas of the facility

Desired skills for facility maintenance include:

• Plumbing

• Electrical

• HVAC

• Carpentry

Desired experience for facility maintenance includes:

• 5-7 years of facilities experience required, cGMP experience highly preferred

• Must have experience and advanced knowledge in installing lights, tile, carpet, metal, and wood framing, drywall, painting, doors, toilets, and grounds maintenance

• Experience working with CMMS systems preferred

• Ability to independently develop complex technical plans based on analysis of complex datasets used to identify trends and improvement activities

• Ability to prioritize activities to meet plant expectations and strategic objectives concurrently

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $32.31-$40.01*. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.​
