How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ The Commissions Analyst will act as a liaison between Sales Operations and Finance to accurately align sales attainment to commissions payments. The ideal candidate will bring a preferred four to six (4-6) years of experience with Compensation & Commission, as well as using Xactly Incent Sales Compensation tool. This position will also document existing processes, identify and implement process improvements, reconcile commissions in Xactly Incent and provide commissions analytics.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Using Xactly Incent and/or spreadsheets, help calculate and validate monthly commission payments for sales employees based on Sales Compensation plan provisions
  • Assist in configuration of sales incentive plans in Xactly Incent as well as modeling in Excel
  • Update and maintain monthly reporting packets for leadership for monthly commission review meeting. The packets include monthly, quarterly and annual analytics related to sales compensation
  • Maintain records related to sales teams\' compensation plans, quotas, territories and other info necessary in configuring compensation system
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure sales billings credits are reported accurately and timely each month to meet critical monthly commission accrual and payout deadlines
  • Handle questions from the field on compensation calculations and completeness
  • Build and maintain standardized and ad hoc reporting related to billings and commission data

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration with a background in Finance or related field
  • Minimum of four to six (4-6) years of experience with commission calculation and analysis
  • Knowledge of monthly compensation and commissions cycles and deadlines
  • Extensive experience administering plans in Xactly Incent or other sales compensation tools
  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently work through large Excel files
  • High degree of computer literacy and skills in specialized software related to department operations including ERP accounting systems, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to make presentations and respond to inquiries by senior management, and/or employees
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing work priorities and meet required deadlines
  • Ability to act and operate independently and as part of a team with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives
