Join our leadership strategy team as a DRAM Yield & Quality Dispo Champion. Your role will involve enhancing system-level DPM performance and continuously improving Disposition. You'll collaborate with partner teams to develop new strategies, ensuring higher server bits for customers and upholding our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve quality metrics through finished goods.

  • Drive and collaborate with global and DEG partners to determine the best compute disposition strategies while understanding logistic and potential downstream effects.

  • Collaborate with Test Engineering and Design-For-Test to provide test mentorship that improves product quality and/or yield.

  • Analyze Pareto’s to determine quality risks and opportunities.

  • Create supporting documentation and training materials to enable fanout of new processes, methods, and strategies.

  • Enhance optimization by implementing new metrics/automation for improved access to information.

  • Understand internal quality metrics & risks to disposition changes.

  • Foster and enhance collaborations with DEG, BU (Business Unit), GQ, and Fab while considering equivalent experience as an acceptable qualification.

  • Build and deliver technical presentations to a wide range of audiences.

  • Provide overall project prioritization and direction to leaders and internal customers.

  • Enable and assist in Global Yield and Quality strategy.

  • Champion yield and quality business plans to enable revenue and customer work.

  • Monitor and drive performance to plan, define actions, and set priorities accordingly.

  • Analyze current and historical trends and experiment data to improve the accuracy of product performance forecasts.

  • Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new engineers.

  • Participate in technical seminars.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Over 2 years of proven experience, including technical leadership of projects and/or teams, with a track record of tackling sophisticated problems across multi-functional groups.

  • Proven track record in Shell Scripts (Perl, Unix, Batch, Python, etc.), excellent program management skills, and understanding of DRAM fail modes using data and fail analysis, with a preferred capability to resolve failure causes in a comprehensive manner.

  • Working knowledge of how product yields impact revenue (preferred), along with strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts in both verbal and written form, and flexibility towards changing priorities and projects.

  • Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with diverse demands, embracing an inclusive and collaborative approach while encouraging accountability across different locations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
