How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ The Financial Analyst will play an integral role in supporting and scaling our company now and in the future through modeling and reporting on segment focused key performance metrics that will influence business decisions based on data-driven analytics. This role will also develop and own the Renewals Forecast for future years that is a vital part of understanding and measuring success for our subscription business.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Develop and own a complicated multiple-year Renewals Forecast along with understanding the impacts of product changes
  • Maintain existing Annual Recurring Revenue metrics along with create new analytics to show long-term financial impacts
  • Aid in the development of data-driven segment key performance metrics
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of complex financial models as requested (i.e.. Pricing models, Financial Planning models, Gross Margin models, etc.)
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and analysis as required
  • Assist in weekly/monthly/quarterly period-end reporting and analyses
  • Navigate various information systems to prepare, analyze, and present reporting and analysis
  • Research and resolve information system issues upon discovery
  • Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance projects as assigned
  • Work with Tableau software to visualize financial reports and analyses

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two to five (2 - 5) years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Ability to condense and explain complicated financial information to any position in the organization
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and adapt to system or procedural changes as they arise
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy
  • Willingness to assist cross-functional teams as needed
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, charts, and complex tables
  • Ability to act and operate independently and as part of a team with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees including team members and management

  • Experience with Adaptive Insights
  • Ability to learn technology and/or automate processes
