Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support our sales team. This role involves opportunity distribution, order placement, order support, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete complex tasks creatively and effectively. You will work on assignments that require considerable judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge to develop solutions. Responsibilities include validating customer entitlement, monitoring service events, managing customer service requests, and providing resolution based on analysis. You may also participate in or lead projects for process or quality improvements, work with escalated customers, and act as a mentor or trainer within the team.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 2 Year(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Boise, Idaho and some days remote.

Work Environment

M-F 8am-5pm. Hybrid. Will need to be in the office Wednesday and Thursday.
