The DRAM and Emerging Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance (DEMQRA) Data Analytics team uses insights drawn from enormous and diverse datasets to enhance the performance of products used by millions every day. We are looking for applicants that share our passions for resourceful coding solutions, illuminating data visualizations, and constantly leveling up technical skills.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Our mission is to use automation, statistics, and code to improve the outgoing quality of the DRAM chips we produce. The work we do is incredibly diverse and includes crafting technical reports and presentations, performing statistical analyses, engineering data ingestion pipelines, maintaining performance monitors and dashboards, deploying machine learning models, and fielding a variety of requests for technical information. We make use of broad assortment of data sources including cloud based warehouses, in-house data extractors, logs from electronics testers, and more!

We will assign you a keystone project to develop critical thinking and problem solving skills while exposing you to key challenges in semiconductor manufacturing. We will partner you with an experienced member of the team to ensure your project is successful. We will also give you short term projects to expose you to different areas within the company. You will give training to global teams on the tools you create and the insights you draw. We also want you to share code, knowledge and lessons learned to make sure the whole team is on the cutting edge!

Skills and Experience You'll Need:

  • Working towards BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar field, with expected graduation after the internship timeframe

  • Fluency in Python and SQL

  • Familiarity with basic DRAM operation and semiconductor manufacturing

  • Zeal for collaboration with individuals inside and outside of the immediate team.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Deep understanding of statistics applied to data analysis, especially in the area of reliability

  • Familiarity with common semiconductor reliability tests and failure mechanisms

  • Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, PowerBI, JMP, etc.

  • Experience using Linux based operating systems and cloud computing systems (GCP, AWS, etc)

Candidates must still be enrolled in school and have a graduation date December 2025 or after.
