Description

The Housing Company, a non-profit organization, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician! You will assist with the maintenance of the complex as well as occasional work at other complexes as needed, including individual apartment units and the grounds. This position will be 40 hours per week at the Sunset Landing apartments in Caldwell, Idaho.

Basic working knowledge of building maintenance required, including:

• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Grounds keeping
