Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Business Planning and Analysis for a 6-month full time and fully remote contract opportunity. This role will collaborate across business partners, technical engineers, data architects, and project managers to design, develop, and enhance data analytics and reporting solutions. This position will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing complex data systems and analytics solutions. This role demands expertise in data engineering, data modeling, advanced analytics, and leadership in technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale data projects.

This role is focused on the Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM) portion of the business but may include collaboration with other US commercial functions such as Sales, Retail, Category Management, Consumer Insights, Planning, Marketing and Digital. Candidates should have a solid understanding of Trade strategies, and they’ll work closely with leaders and product owners to develop an integrated data landscape that connects each function.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the client’s SRGM team & various IS teams to review the existing solution

  • Make changes to re-enable the use for SRGM use

  • Make enhancements to meet business needs, document the solution, and help plan the roadmap for future enhancements

  • Review existing capability (combination of Snowflake SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau)

  • Discuss current and future state with business to determine requirements

  • Build remediation / enhancement plan

  • Partner with Business & Information Services team to execute plan

  • Conduct testing with stakeholders

  • Document updated capability

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • 5-8 years of Tableau experience

  • 5-8 years of Power BI experience

  • 5-8 years of Alteryx experience

  • 5-8 years of SQL experience

  • 5-8 years of Snowflake experience

  • Experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) data & capabilities, preferably within CPG

  • Experience operating independently on a cross-functional project across Information Systems + Business partners across various business units

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
