We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Manager to join our Global Facilities Engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with our Facilities network to drive standardization and implement Total Productive Management (TPM) engineering strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless operations and maintenance within our Facilities network.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Facilities Engineering to identify, define, develop, and implement Best Known Methods (BKMs) for Operations and Maintenance within the Facilities network.

  • Provide governance of alignment to BKMs and identified Standardization efforts.

  • Lead the Network effort to implement, monitor, and drive continuous improvement to achieve increased reliability and eliminate Lost Wafer Output events.

  • Monitor, measure, and report the progress of Standardization, TPM, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) compliance across the Facilities network.

  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that promote a high-performance culture and enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Conduct organizational needs assessments and implement targeted interventions.

  • Analyze organizational performance results, identify trends, and report findings to the Global Facilities Leadership team.

Develop People

  • Invest time in coaching and mentoring team members.

  • Support continuous learning and growth, keeping team members up-to-date on the latest industry trends and practices.

  • Create and manage program schedules and timelines.

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years' experience in a leadership role

  • 7+ years' experience in Facilities Operations and Maintenance

  • 3+ years' experience in Total Productive Management (TPM) or leading the deployment of TPM

  • Experience in overseeing multiple projects and collaborating with colleagues and external partners

  • Growth mindset leadership to challenge boundaries and encourage others to step outside of their comfort zone

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective communication

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word, with a strong command of various productivity tools.

  • Program and Project management experience

Travel:

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10 to 20% at times)
