ManpowerGroup Onboarding Program Manager in Boise, Idaho

Our client, a leading manufacturer of semiconductors, is seeking an Onboarding Program Manager to join their team. As an Onboarding Program Manager, you will be part of the Global Onboarding team. The ideal candidate will have stronger interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines and strong analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Onboarding Program Manager

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $77.15/hourly

What’s the Job?

  • Manage and support global and regional cross-functional collaborator partnerships

  • Design and deliver onboarding experience for various work environments

  • Lead global onboarding project initiatives

  • Coordinate and facilitate the Launch Orientation program

  • Track and analyze onboarding surveys, extracting actionable insights and providing recommendations

What’s Needed?

  • 5+ years’ experience in Learning and Development, HR, or related field

  • Previous semiconductor experience

  • Strong experience in onboarding program management and process improvement

  • Accomplished in public facilitation, with ability to lead, captivate, and engage participants

  • Strong program management skills
